Advanced Practitioner
The partnership working was 5* with this placement. They would keep me regularly updated, and would participate in meetings in terms of the YP support plan. The placement staff went over and above in terms of support that was available. The YP placed was complex in terms of engagement, and managing his MH and the staff were aware of his needs, and utilised different staff to enable the YP to feel most comfortable which improved the outcomes for him. I would recommend this placement most definitely

Senior Advisor
The staff have been very professional, always present and actively engaged inmeetings. Communication is excellent, ensuring updates are provided when required and also advocating for the YP during challenging times. They have been able to developing positive working relationships with the YP for whom they care which is crucial in building trust, which in turn ensures the YP feel safe and are able to settle.
Team Manager
I have worked in partnership with E4L since August 2024, firstly as a duty teammanager supporting with a YP's journey into their care and then as the allocated teammanager. E4L's communication is exemplary. I have always felt well supported in the care planning. The staff developed positive relationships with our YP and advocated for him. I would high recommended this provision.

Staff showed a deep understanding of the young people they support, balancing autonomy and safety while maintaining high aspirations and structured support. The discussion encouraged respectful challenge, professional curiosity, and evidence-informed decision-making, with clear actions, responsibilities, and review processes agreed. Multi-agency working, effective communication, cultural humility, and the inclusion of young people and families’ voices were evident throughout, creating a calm and constructive atmosphere focused on achieving positive outcomes.

EQ4L demonstrates strong communication and effective partnership working with multi-disciplinary teams. The service has a clear therapeutic, child-centred approach, particularly in supporting young people with trauma and transition to independence. Homes are maintained to a high standard, creating welcoming environments, and staff are consistently friendly and professional during visits. Documentation is submitted promptly and in line with expectations. When issues arise, EQ4L responds quickly, takes feedback on board, and works collaboratively to improve practice. Overall, the service is responsive, reflective, and well-run.
